Who doesn’t love a fresh, light appetizer like bruschetta? It’s simple to throw together and always a favorite. We even make a dinner out of it sometimes because it’s just so tasty.
There are so many recipes options and variations to make, but today we wanted to share a classic recipe everyone will be sure to love!
Bruschetta is a great appetizer for a family dinner or the next gathering you are hosting, so today we are sharing our recipe that yields about 8 sevings!
What you’ll need:
- 1 loaf of french bread
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Capa di Roma balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Capa di Roma extra virgin olive oil
- 8 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Slice and toast your bread. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Drizzle a little extra olive oil on your slices of bread before distributing your tomato mix on top, and enjoy!
