Today we’re bringing you three simple recipes for a few of our refreshing, Italian favorites! We’re whipping up bellinis, negronis, and rossinis today, and showing you how easy it can be to make one up at home too! Perfect for a poolside party, or a summer gathering, these drinks will add a cool touch to any upcoming occassion.
- 4 white peaches
- 1 part sugar syrup
- 4 parts prosecco
To make your peach puree, peel and blend your peaches and refigerate until cold. Then combine two parts puree with 1 part syrup and pour this into your glass first. Add the prosecco and enjoy!
- 1 lb. ripe strawberries
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
In a food processor, mix strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and refrigerate. To serve, pour mixture in to your glass first, then add prosecco.
- Dry gin
- Vermouth Rosso
Mix one ounce of each ingredient with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into cocktail glasses and garnish with orange peel! Which one is your favorite?
