2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Pounds Chicken Breast Cut Into Chunks
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Whole Green Bell Pepper Julienned
1/2 Onion Julienned
6 Whole Mushrooms Sliced
1 Jar Of Capa di Roma Marinara Sauce (any flavor)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Coat Chicken With Flour
Cook Chicken in Oil 6-7 Minutes Till Slightly Browned
Serve Over Your Favorite Pasta or Omit Pasta For A Low Carb Meal
