What you'll need:
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Peel your garlic cloves and place in a food processor and mince.
Add all other ingredients and blend, adding in the olive oil slowly as you go. Finish off with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread over the toasted bread of your choice and enjoy this easy and tasty spread!
