Today we're bringing you a hearty, lovely Bolognese sauce for your next pasta dish. With a base of Capa di Roma sauce, you can't go wrong with this easy dish!
What you'll need:
- 1/4 cup Capa di Roma Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese to top it off!
: In a large sauce pan, pour your olive oil and saute your garlic and onion on a medium/low heat.
: Once the onions have softened, add the carrot and celery and saute all together for a few minutes.
: Add the beef and raise the heat to medium/high. Saute until all the meat has browned.
: Pour in your sauce, parsley, and salt and pepper, and let cook over a low heat for around 20 minutes.
: Pour over the pasta of your choice and top with parmesan cheese!
